heres the rules
1:don't bother making a story cuase it won't get in the actual story ( sorry just how it rolls)
2:gatta
have a hat pun some how.
examples:
bowler hatter
hat trap
straw hatter
ect. you get the point.
they don't have to but its a good start.
3: don't mix another story. DC universe or not. you may
make references to other versions of mad hatter. like the disney version or the 1983 version or even the books. but
don't just take it, make your own twist. (also make sure you tell me the reference)
4: don't give me a character i've
already draw or put in the story ( obviosly but just sayin)
5: nothing slanderous. i'm sure you can get what i mean.
